Sizing Tip
If your measurement falls on a sizing boundary, we recommend choosing the larger of the two sizes for a better level of fit. For example, if your measurement is 36", we would recommend going for a Size 14 (Large) for a better level of comfort.

Offers Rain Resistance Up to 5,000mm
The Orn Tern Coat has been tested against water and has been found to have a 5,000mm resistance, which is considered good for light to moderate rain. If you're worried about being in the worst conditions, you may want to consider a rating of 10,000mm or above, but for everything from drizzle to a moderate downpour, the jacket will have you covered.
How Are Waterproof Coats Tested?
When testing a waterproof jacket, a sample of the material is placed under a sealed tube of water and observed over a 24-hour period. The result of the test (which in this case is 5,000mm), refers to how many millimetres of water the fabric can withstand before the liquid soaks through. The higher this number, the heavier the rain needed to seep through your garment.

Ensuring that your skin is not negatively affected by wearing the coat, the Tern Women's Coat is certified to OEKO-TEX Standard 100, which governs the use of harmful chemicals in manufacturing. Due to this, the coat is perfect for women that suffer from sensitive skin, or conditions such as eczema and dermatitis.
